Brightlingsea’s much-loved Lido is looking to raise essential funds with the launch of its summer raffle.

Thanks to generosity of local businesses and residents, there are over 35 prizes including a bespoke watercolour commission, a harbour tour, clay shooting, beauty treatments, a gym day, a Lido season ticket and even an MOT.

“Your continued generosity is much appreciated and will ensure the Lido remains a vibrant part of our community,” said Celia Jones, one of the Promenade Way pool’s trustees.

Tickets, prices at £2, can be purchased from the Lido, the Lido Café and members of the fundraising team, with the draw taking place on Saturday August 16, at 11am at the pool.
