MP visits Brightlingsea to congratulate ‘Good’ school

Harwich and North Essex MP Bernard Jenkin visited the the Colne Community School & College in Brightlingsea recently to congratulate the school on its recent ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.

“It was a pleasure to visit, seeing the dedication from all of the teachers and the enthusiasm for learning from the pupils showed me how well deserved this rating is,” said Sir Bernard.

The MP later took a walk around Brightlingsea, taking in the town’s museum, and then had a meeting with Brightlingsea’s Essex County councillor Alan Goggin to discuss local issues.
