Hundreds of garden fans came from far and wide for Brightlingsea’s Open Gardens weekend – helping to raise £12,100 for St Helena Hospice.

The 35th annual event, sponsored by wind farm operator Orsted and Lucas Estates, saw 35 gardens of all sizes open around the town over the weekend ofJune 21 & 22 and is the Brightlingsea Hospice Support Group’s biggest fund raiser.
