Brightlingsea’s Colne Delta Blues and American Club raised £620 for the WinterFest Wellbing Fund at the club’s February concert held in St James’ Church.

At the club’s last music night, WinterFest founders Alix Sheppard and Dave Griffiths were presented with a cheque by club organisers Gary Hill and Gary Gilders,.

The cheque brought the total raised by this year’s WinterFest events to over £7,300. Over £1,200 was donated to Mid and North Essex Mind and the remainder was added to the Wellbeing Fund coffers to provide grants for families, individuals and organisations in Brightlingsea.
