Brightlingsea WinterFest’s Wellbeing Fund is once again offering grants of up to £100 to townsfolk to help improve their mental, physical or social wellbeing. The fund – –generated from the annual round of events held in February – helps individuals or families pay for items or activities such as sports activities, family days out, music lessons or art tuition.
