Singers from Brightlingsea joined hundreds of other performers for a feast of song at the Tower of London on Sunday, December 8.

Members of Women in Harmony, directed by Alison Benz, were taking part in Choirs@TheTower, a festival celebrating the joy of collective singing. Over 20 choirs took part, performing on stages inside and outside the Tower grounds.

Women in Harmony’s performance, which included traditional carols and modern Christmas songs, was a big success with the crowd who gathered to watch and listen. A spokesman from festival organisers, MDBrunch, commented :“Women in Harmony were all amazing. Such a wonderful, friendly and talented choir!”
