A plan to add convert a workshop in Brightlingsea to a one-bedroomed house has been submitted to Tendring District Council (TDC).

The proposal for the conversion on the corner of Ladysmith and Eastern Avenues would also see a first floor extension added to the property.

According to the application, which is curently uner consideration by TDC’s planning officers, the development is within the current footprint of the property and retains existing paving.
