Pilates is a structured, balanced approach to exercise, giving equal attention to bones, joints and muscles. It’s a fantastic way to build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence. This class is especially suitable for bodies that sometimes need things a little slower. There’s no heavy cardio, no pressure, and very little sweating (mostly!).
