This class is perfect if you’d like to focus on mobility, flexibility, and posture—or if you simply want to move a little more gently and mindfully. The exercises are tailored to support balance and flexibility, helping to keep you supple and moving with ease for longer.

Pilates is a structured, balanced approach to exercise, giving equal attention to bones, joints and muscles. It’s a fantastic way to build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence. This class is especially suitable for bodies that sometimes need things a little slower. There’s no heavy cardio, no pressure, and very little sweating (mostly!).

Pilates = Improved Flexibility + Core Strength = Better Posture, Balance & Stability = Less Risk of Injury
