A class that’s truly suitable for everyBODY!
I’ll offer different options throughout, so you can tailor the class to what feels right for you. We’ll be focusing on building strength, flexibility and balance as we flow through exercises that keep the body moving and the mind centred.
Pilates is all about low-impact movement that improves flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, and posture. Every routine I teach emphasises core strength, stability, and muscle balance—helping you move better, feel stronger, and stand taller. Whether you’re training for a sport, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move with more ease, Pilates has something for you.
Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 12 people, so I can give you the attention and support you need throughout.

If you sometimes prefer a gentler pace, my Slow Flow Pilates class at 10:15am might be the perfect fit.

I’ll also be running Beginners Workshops—a great way to refresh the basics or build confidence if you’re brand new. (Completely optional, but super helpful if you’d like a little extra support!)
