Run by Tendring Specialist Stroke Services, therapeutic rehabilitation services will be available for anyone who has had a stroke, needs a chat with a specialist nurse or just wants to come and speak to other stroke survivors over a free cup of tea or coffee.

A physiotherapist, specialist nurse and a well-being nurse will be available to offer help and advice to support recovery, and there’ll also be some fitness equipment available.

Every Monday except Bank Holidays.
