Spotted a hedgehog in Brightlingsea? Now you can record the sighting on an interactive map.

The Brightlingsea Nature Network has launched the map to help understand the lives and habits of the creatures.

Hedgehog numbers have declined dramatically in the UK over the last 10 years – perhaps by as much as 30 per cent – as they are impacted by traffic, pesticides and garden accidents.
