If you want to help the town’s scout group and save a few pennies at the same time, don’t forget the Scout Post.

As it has done for many years, the 4th Brightlingsea Scout Group will be collecting and delivering cards in the town for 25p per card.

Post boxes can be found in Spirals, the Bargain Store, St James Church, the Co-op  and Sainsbury’s.

The last collection is on Friday, December 19 at 4pm after which the volunteer posties will ensure that all cards are delivered by Christmas Eve.
