Brightlingsea is to have a royal visit later this year when Princess Anne comes to town.
The Princess Royal is to visit Brightlingsea Museum on Wednesday, December 11 during a trip to Essex that will also take in the Military Intelligence Battalion at Mourlon Barracks in Colchester and a care home in Harlow run by the Shaftesbury charity, of which she is patron.
Timings and the details of the visit to the Station Road museum are currently under wraps, but Brightlingsea Info will reveal further details once they are made public.
