An outline plan to build a four-bedroomed house on the former site of plumbing business Cooper & Brome in Colne Road has been submitted to Tendring District Council.
The plan, submitted by Gavin Hockey of The Boathouse on the Waterside Marina, would see a new house built to front Colne Road, with a double garage to the rear of the plot. The existing building on the site would be demolished.
