Popular Brightlingsea footpath to be diverted for up to five years

A popular footpath near Moverons Lane in Brightlingsea is to be diverted while mineral extraction takes place.

Essex County Council’s order for the path – officially known as Footpath 3 – was confirmed on September 15 and will see the route diverted until the end of 2027 at the latest.
