Santa’s sleigh will be parking in Brightlingsea at Brightlingsea’s Late Night Shopping event on Friday, December 3 – as he gets ready for a tour of the town later in the month.
This year, the sleigh tour – organised as usual by the Rotary Club of Brightlingsea and District – is arising fund to support Brightlingsea In Bloom, Brightlingsea Lido, St Helena Hospice, 4 Youth, Porridge & Pens, Wivenhoe Scouts & Guildes, Alresford Primary and Pre-School PTAs, Ladybirds Pre-School (Thorrington), Gt Bentley Primary School PTA and other local Rotary causes.
After Late Night Shopping, the sleigh will visit Alresford, Thorrington, Great Bentley and Wivenhoe before returning to the streets of Brightlingsea in the run-up to Christmas. You can expect to see Santa from 6pm and his progress can be tracked live at www.santasleighbrightlingsea.com.
