The Marie Curie charity, which raises money to pay for nurses who support people at the end of their lives in their own homes, is searching for volunteers in the Brightlingsea and surrounding villages.
The work could involve a couple of hours a month to collect and deliver collection tins and donations, support with talks to local groups or help with hosting or collecting during the charity’s twice yearly initiatives prior to Christmas and Easter.
