Free online antenatal classes on offer

All pregnant women and their birth partners across the North East Essex Integrated Care System are now being offered 10-hours of free online antenatal classes. These virtual classes aim to build the knowledge and confidence of new mothers to support them and their family before, during and after birth, with Q&A sessions and expert advice available too.
