The Brightlingsea Open Gardens event, held over the weekend of June 26 & 27, raised £10,500 for St Helena Hospice.

Organised by the Brightlingsea Hospice Support Group, the event saw 34 townsfolk open their gardens to the public, with Springmead garden open on both days providing the venue for refreshments and picnics.
