New gym opens on Brightlingsea Marina

Vital Exercise, a new personal training gym has opened on Brightlingsea Marina.

Owned by Ted Harrison and Lorraine Partridge, the business will operate on an appointment-only basis, working with individuals, couples or groups of up to four on personalised fitness programmes. Current clients' ages range from 16 to 92.

Ted opened his first commercial gym in 1983 and, with the ability to offer a wide range of exercise styles, has guested on fitness podcasts and worked with  clients and fitness professionals around the world. Lorraine began working with Ted over 20 years ago and has studied various methods of strength training, body transformation and fitness.

The business has relocated from Brantham to the marina - in the same block at No 1 Harbour Square and The Waterfront. It boasts state-of-the-art Prime fitness equipment and is one of only a handful of the manufacturer's Official Performance Centres in the UK.

The gym will be operate from 7.30am to noon on Wednesdays, 8am to noon on Saturdays ,7.30am to 7pm on other weekdays, and will be closed on Sundays. For further information, see the Vital Exercise website.
