Face masks will be compulsory for all First Bus passengers from Monday, June 15 – in line with new government rules.
The company – which operates routes from Brightlingsea to Colchester and Clacton – has also begun using a long-lasting sanitising treatment across its entire fleet said to kill Coronavirus on surfaces for up to 28 days. Buses will be treated with the environmentally-friendly product every 28 days, in addition to the daily disinfection of areas touched by passengers all customer touchpoints onboard.
