Porridge and Pens Ghana

We are a UK based charity, originating from Brightlingsea, who provide grants to projects in Ghana.
We work with some of the poorest children, women and families in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
Projects include a school for 150 pupils living in extreme poverty- a place provides them with their education, two meals a day, uniforms, vaccinations and social care.
Other projects include Girl Power, which provides educational grants for vulnerable girls, to keep them in school and finish their education.
Fruit Drop delivers fresh fruit each week to an orphanage to add nutrition and variety to their rice based diets.
