Local authors discuss their work at the Railway

Local authors Helena Nwaokolo and two members of The Brightlingsea Writing Group, Brightwords, will be reading from and talking about their debut novels at 8pm in The Railway Tavern on Tuesday, November 16.
The event is billed as an opportunity to meet members of the writing group and find out more about joining the group which has the aim of helping local writers achieve their goals. There will also be a short operatic interlude from Katy Bingham-Best.
Helena’s novelPassing Clouds was published earlier this year. Following their first volume, Brightlingsea and Beyond – a collection of poems, prose and memoir – a second volume is in the pipeline.
