Brightlingsea Hospice Support Group has raised a record £27,500 raised for St. Helena Hospice in the last 12 months.
Fundraising events included Brightlingsea Open Gardens, a golf day, an afternoon tea at the Yacht Club, the Voices for Hospices concert, and a Christmas Fayre, with stalls at the town regatta and Christmas Market, along with its 200 club for regular donations making up the remainder.
