Joanne Rix has been appointed as the new manager at the Silversprings care home in Thorrington.
A qualified nurse, with more than 30 years’ experience in the nursing and care sector, Joanne has worked in a variety of health and social care settings, from supporting adults with learning disabilities to working in mental health and has managed care homes in Suffolk.
In her new role she’ll be responsible for up to 64 residents at the Tenpenny Hill home, which is part of the Care UK group.
Joanne’s new position will see her take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the care home, which can house up to 64 residents.
